Especially in times of climate change, the profession of gardener with a focus on tree nurseries is becoming increasingly important. You work with plants that preserve habitats and create new ones - and thus actively contribute to shaping our environment. A varied profession that is not only a lot of fun, but also offers real prospects for the future.

THE TRAINING
We have been a recognized BdB training company since 2002 and offer two apprenticeships every year for young people who want to start out in an exciting, creative and green industry. We train gardeners in the nursery sector as well as specialists in the office for wholesale and foreign trade. A big plus for our trainees: Thanks to our wide range of plants, they can acquire extensive knowledge and in-depth knowledge of the product range during their three-year training - this is not the case everywhere!
Our trainees have the opportunity to experience the entire development of a plant at first hand - from the young plant to the solitary tree. We also propagate some of the trees directly in our tree nursery, which further strengthens the practical connection to the work.
To ensure that each trainee receives the best possible support, two experienced employees provide professional supervision and all content throughout the training. So nothing stands in the way of a successful apprenticeship with us!

In 2013, we were certified as a TAG (Topausbildung Gartenbau) company. And for good reason: we simply want to offer our trainees more. The TAG-certified companies have set themselves the task of offering qualified training that goes beyond the general training content.
